New officers announced

The Wilson County Historical Society elected officers for the new year beginning Oct. 1, 2022.
 
Outgoing vice president Sarah Gella presided over the meeting in the absence of president Anthony Delgado. 
 
The new officers will take office at the Oct. 18 meeting. The new president will then have the discretion to accept the standing committee chairs or appoint new ones.

The historical society meets regularly on the third Tuesday in the archives building, 1144 C Street, at 6:30 p.m. for a meet and greet, with the business meeting following at 7 p.m.
